Australian Alps Walking Track

The AAWT spans 680 km from Walhalla to Tharwa, offering rugged alpine scenery, remote terrain, historic huts, and true solitude in Australia’s high country.

In 2022, co-founder Tom Bartlett and his friend Paul Cuthbert set the overall and self-supported speed record for hiking the track in under 11 days.
